I didn't know I had a problem with the way I tracked my daily tasks, until I found [Patrick Rhone's "Dash/Plus" system](http://patrickrhone.com/2013/04/22/the-dash-plus-system/).

I no longer feel (as) scatterbrained because information on each task presented in a neat and easy to scan way. The system helps remind me to actually write things down, such as details related to a task. I no longer try  keeping them all straight in my head.

His idea is simple, easy to implement, and helpful in keeping tasks and ideas in order.
